**The Role**

We are looking for a Sales & Support Specialist to join the team and be responsible for the growth of our volunteer management software Volaby. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to lead, reshape and define our sales and support process for the Volaby software solution. You'll have the power to disrupt a market, freedom and space to grow, the ability to influence and contribute to product vision and to help not-for-profits around the world. In particular you will be responsible for:

- Developing, leading and delivering on the full sales journey from lead generation to successful onboarding and utilisation of our product (Volaby) by partners
- Provide leadership and escalation support to our customer support team
- Support key customers to onboard and utilise our product to achieve organisational goals
- Contribute to the broader product vision, providing feedback based on sales and support experience, data and insights and ultimately be the advocate for our current and future partners
- Manage direct reports' priorities, providing strong leadership and mentoring and continually identifying training and development needs

The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation in a sales position selling a digital product and who is ready to take the next step.

Additionally, they will have;
- 3+ years sales experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated sales experience and evidence of achieving strong growth outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, tracking mechanisms and tools
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of the full marketing and communications suite and the tactics required to enable sales
- Ability to manage the expectations and deliverables of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage budgets, targets affectively
- A genuine passion for the cause or not-for-profits
