Our Client is seeking a **Head of Marketing** to oversee its full marketing function - driving growth, deepening customer engagement, and leading a high-performing team across digital and traditional channels.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for the **end-to-end strategy**, including brand development, content & digital performance. You'll be a key voice in shaping the brand's next phase of growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy to support business goals
- Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage integrated campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team
- Use analytics to track performance and provide insight-led recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and any external agency relationships
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
**About You**:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership in travel, consumer goods or lifestyle brands
- Expertise across both traditional and digital marketing
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach
- Experience in customer lifecycle marketing (acquisition to retention)
- Confident team leader and cross-functional collaborator
