**Techforce Personnel are a national recruitment agency and project management firm specialising in blue & white collar recruitment across mining and resources, shutdowns, facilities maintenance, industrial services, civil construction and the oil and gas industries.**

**Role Description**:

- Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency)
- Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment
- Further Development of personnel
- Creating plans and delivering site training objectives
- Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity
- Perform training activities and assessments for operators as required
- Assist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training on

**Equipment on site;**

Dump Trucks - Komatsu / Cat
Water Carts - Komatsu / Cat
Dozers - Cat / Liebherr
Graders - Cat
Loaders - Cat
Excavators - Liebherr / O&K / Komatsu
Drill - Sandvik

**T**o be successful you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications**:

- Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing - (116 minimum)
- Cert IV Frontline Management
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a mining environment
- Training & Assessment experience in heavy industry / mining
- Specific experience operating Cat, Komatsu and Liebherr will be highly regarded
- MYOSH proficient
- e-Leaning systems experience
- Procedure development experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be local / residential to Bunbury or willing to relocate - no relocation assistance is provided
