**About the role**:
Our client is a fabulous 84 place Exceeding service located in the greater Western Sydney (FAIRFIELD AREA), who are looking for a diploma qualified educator for their service. You will be working in the preschool room with a maximum of 20 children per day, working alongside a team of 2 educators.

This Centre works with above staff to child ratio and have floaters in each room so the workload will never get too much for Educators.

**To be considered for the position, you MUST have the following attributes**:

- An ACECQA accessed or** recognised Diploma in Early Childhood** and Education care
- **Experience working within a childcare Centre and/or preschool.**:

- A current first aid & WWCC
- Child protection certificate
- Food handlers' certificate
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
