**Regional Security Manager**

Trident Services Australia is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and effective **Regional Security Manager** to lead our site supervisors and security teams across multiple premier retail properties in the Brisbane region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Report to the **Head of Security - Retail and Commercial** on all security and safety-related matters.
- Lead and support Security Site Supervisors and teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with contractual service expectations and emergency management protocols.
- Develop, introduce and maintain strategies for continuous improvement across your assigned client portfolio.
- Manage rosters, time and attendance systems, and budget compliance to deliver efficient and cost-effective services.
- Ensure adherence to site operating instructions, site management plans, and all client-specific policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality assurance through audits, training, and mentoring—including onboarding, inductions, and site-specific upskilling.
- Oversee employee performance, including managing corrective actions and driving staff development as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training to ensure service standards are contemporary and compliant.
- Compile and submit reports for both Trident and clients, aligned with service specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with centre management, emergency services, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute to governance, strategy, and the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing security and safety procedures and protocols.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory, managerial, or large team leadership role within the security industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed operational goals and service delivery KPIs.
- Sound knowledge of security practices, emergency procedures and relevant legislation.
- Competence in security-related technology and systems.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent decision-making skills.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Current QLD Security Licence including:
- Security Officer (Unarmed)
- Crowd Controller
- Monitoring
- Valid Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate (issued by a registered training organisation)
- Open Class C Driver Licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
