The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team with a variety of tasks, ranging from interdepartmental relationship building, creating/running various reports, processing sales orders as well as several other tasks.

**Key responsibilities**
- Updating CRM with relevant customer information, logged phone conversations, next step notes and reporting requirements for the State Sales Manager.
- Work with internal stakeholders across the business to get the best outcome for our customers. This includes field sales, key accounts, contracts and billing, debt, and customer service to name a few.
- Coordinate installations of machines and upgrades with State Service Team Leaders across the country to ensure expectations are met from front end discussions to back-end delivery.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the State Sales Manager.
- Undertake daily, weekly & monthly reporting for the National Operations Manager.
- Assist and support the Sales Team.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Can handle difficult discussions while maintaining a professional and respectful manner.
- Has excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to be flexible, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have an eye for detail with a result driven and solution focused mindset.
- Customer service and/or experience working in a sales environment is preferred but not essential
- CRM and ERP experience particularly NetSuite and Salesforce is desirable
- Phone ability and experience dealing with all levels of customer queries efficiently.
- Being proficient in all Microsoft Suites. Strong Excel skills are crucial.
