Key Responsibilities:
The key purpose of a Customer Service Officer is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and prompt processing of customer orders and queries.
Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, responsibilities will include:
First point of contact for general enquiries, building and maintaining relationships with customers, both internal and external
Receiving orders via email / phone and data entry
Coordinating shipments with carriers
Assisting with administration of loading / unloading, scheduling etc
Communicating with customers regarding despatch documentation and order confirmation
Entering data onto system for invoicing and collating weekly & monthly reports
Inputting and coordinating inventory data into WHS
Ensuring processes are adhered to for Customer Service, Inventory and Admin teams
Escalating issues when required and communicating with all relevant customers
Undertaking a broad range of administration tasks to support the operations
You will have:
Exceptional customer service skills gained from an inventory / scheduling / logistics environment
The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all receive prompt and accurate service
Superior computer skills and a high attention to detail
A problem-solving attitude and the potential to grow and develop skills further
