**About the role**:
As part of the Property team you will coordinate the refurbishment of villas and apartments in the Community Villages acorss various Warrigal locations. You will also ensure that the Community Village Asset Management Plans are in place, compliant and maintained and improved.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Minimum of 3 year's experience in the delivery and coordination of asset maintenance programs
- Experience scoping, implementing and continually improving asset maintenance programs
- Experience in budget planning and monitoring, with decision making and accountability within approved budgets
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritise work with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience coordinating co-design engagement activities with customers, residents and staff
- Experience in customer relationship management and well developed communication, problem solving abilities, interpersonal skills
- An understanding and commitment to the concept behind - "find the yes" for customers, supported by affordable, efficient and sustainable business systems
- Experience supervising and managing consultants, contractors, service providers and multiple project stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge required to use a computer and other forms of technology on a regular basis. Competence using MS office suite
- Current NSW driver's license
