About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Butcher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality meat preparation, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.
You will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and presenting a variety of meats in a clean and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities :Prepare, cut, trim, bone, and portion meat products to specifications.Produce sausages, crumbed products, overwraps, and customer convenience offerings.Ensure all products are presented and packaged to the highest standard.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.Provide excellent service and advice to customers.Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.About You :Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.Sound knowledge of meat preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work as part of a team for The Greater Goodness.Relevant trade qualification preferred.The Benefits :Supply of uniform including annual refresh.25% staff discount store wide.Annual Rewards and Recognition Night.Opportunities to develop your career, including potential relocation to regional or city stores.J-18808-Ljbffr
