**The Role**
As the Regional Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations and clinical services at each RAC site. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the Operations and Clinical Service Delivery of Empower's Allied Health service offerings in Residential Aged Care
- Encompassing our organisational values and maintaining our exceptional company culture throughout the teams and services delivered
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the clinicians on site
- Client Relationship Management and point of contact for the RAC sites
- Ensure the optimum and effective use of staff through planning and rostering
- Responsible for ensuring team meets Personal Development and compliance requirements on site
- Conduct team appraisals, inductions, and performance management

**Do you have what it takes?**
We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people. You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients. You must have:
- Relevant degree in Allied Health
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience withing the residential aged care industry.
- Previous Leadership (or similar) experience in this setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Effective time-management and attention to detail
