The Rest Investment Team is undergoing a significant transformation as it aims to become the leading Investment Team in the Australian superannuation industry with a strong member focus and superior investment performance.
- This is an exciting role that will help drive efficient delivery from our vendor platforms and support the Investment business with its continuous transformation and investment governance processes.
- As the Investment Service Providers Manager, you will focus on Service Providers policy and process, supplier strategy and strategy execution and vendor commercials. This will also be achieved through building strong relationships with our Head of Investment Technology, Chief Operating Officer, and the Investment team.
- You will play a key role in uplifting the way in which the Investment team holistically govern our portfolio of suppliers through the use of standards, measures and policy.**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Implement the Rest Supplier code of conduct for all Investment Service providers
- Determine service levels for all Service providers ensuring
- Manage compliance with licenses and commercial agreements
- Develop efficient onboarding and offboarding processes including regular due diligence of all providers through regular contact, relationship management and reporting to Snr Manager, Business Management
- Co-ordinate all new market data and service requests and manage process of acquiring new providers / services
- Implement and drive a control and governance framework for all suppliers and a reporting framework for Management, Risk and Board committees
- Governance of Technology suppliers across all stages of the supplier lifecycle
- Engagement with Technology Business Owners, Investment team and the Service provider community
**About You**:
- Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications in Information Management, Finance or related field.
- Strong Commercial Business Acumen with Service provider management background
- 10+ years' experience leading and managing high operations and service provider teams within Investment functional domain.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, engagement and influencing skills ranging from C-suite to Analyst positions.
- Ability to work flexibly & adapt to the changing needs of the business
