Job Description

Lead a high-performing team to ensure efficient delivery from vendor platforms and market data providers, supporting internal investment functions and governance.
You will:
- Manage and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Partner with REST Supplier Management to align supplier strategies with policies and CPS230 obligations.
- Manage vendor budgets and streamline invoicing processes.
- Centralise contracts and monitor service levels to drive efficiency and transformation.
- Support enterprise-level governance and reporting frameworks for suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with third- and fourth-party regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen vendor engagement to support investment data strategy.
- Manage relationships with market data providers and support strategic initiatives.
- Oversee KYC, ISDA documentation, and annual due diligence processes.
- Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary or technical qualifications in Information Management, Finance, or related field.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build high-performing teams.
- Background in service provider management and vendor frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player.
- Extensive experience managing service providers and related functions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and present clear, well-reasoned viewpoints.
- Deep understanding of service level performance, obligations, and reporting.
- Flexible and responsive to evolving business needs.
