**The Role**

This role involves processing all of AAT Kings invoices in a timely manner, placing a focus on creditor management and investigating dispute invoices. You will be required to liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient outcomes for the business.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Process invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Liaising with Suppliers to discuss invoice discrepancies
- Prepayment management - from payment to associated accrual reversal
- Accurate accounts reconciliation to Creditor's statement
- Assist with filing of invoices
- Coordinate cheque and EFT payment runs

The successful applicant will have:

- A high level of drive to work within a Finance Team
- Basic accounting knowledge - exoerience in Accounts Payable is desirable
- Ability to negotiate with Creditors to best outcomes
- Impeccable communication skills Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding or previous use of Oracle, Tropics and TMS
- Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel knowledge
