This new role will see you accountable for delivery of design completion and defect artefacts in accordance with the practical completion's delivery programme.
Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines will be critical in this role, ensuring work is completed right the first time.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:Assist in the preparation of documentation for project works using standard drafting procedures with CAD equipment & software.Prepare technical documentation, carry out site inspections, markup drawings and backdraft as requiredProvide detailed designs, specifications and calculations in consultation with senior EngineersReporting and progress tracking within relevant registers for meeting and communication to management and relevant stakeholdersProviding input into the necessary documentation applicable to Completions and CommissioningManage technical queries,drawings registers and document controlTo be successful you will have the following skills and experience:Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role within Mining and Construction IndustryHold a BE and AD of Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of LV power system modelling and light modelling software such as PowerCAD, AGI/DialuxShould have practical experience with AutoCAD.Knowledge of relevant Australian StandardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines with well-developed organisational skills.Positive, can-do attitude, team player and strong work ethic.ABOUT US:PHE have over 50 year's experience in providing electrical and instrumentation operation support services to clients throughout Australia in a range of industries including;MiningHydropower generationRemote gas power generations plantsPulp and paper manufacturingTimber processing industriesMajor projects we have been involved in;Tumut 3 Power Station Controls & Protection UpgradeMurray 1 Power Station Technology UpgradeCON 1 T3 HYDROFLOAT PROJECTTumut 1 & Tumut 2 Power Station Transformer and Line Protection Upgrades.Newcrest Mining - Cadia East Underground Panel Cave 2 East CrusherCadia Valley Operations, Orange Newcrest MiningOz Minerals - CarrapateenaWHAT WE OFFER:We offer our employees a safe, efficient and rewarding work environment that promotes personal and professional growthWe believe in encouraging people to be the best they can beA great team cultureA competitive remuneration packagePlease include a Cover Letter addressing all the points in the skills and experience section.Please note: You must have the right to live and work permanently in AustraliaPHE conducts pre-employment medical, Drug and Alcohol testing and a National Police Check prior to employment.
