An exciting opportunity exists for an Allied Health Clinical Lead to manage the operational delivery of clinical services for the multi-disciplinary Allied Health team within the Post-Acute Care Service (PACS).

The Post-Acute Care Service supports early hospital discharge for people whose recuperation can be safely completed in their own homes, as an alternative to an extended hospital stay.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide leadership and direction for workforce planning and capability strategies for a multi-disciplinary team that spans the Acute-Community continuum to achieve alignment, enhancement and efficiency in the delivery of quality patient care and service.
- Provide managerial leadership and work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team, particularly in collaboration with Discipline Directors, Allied Health Managers and Team Leaders / Operational Managers across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure effective cooperation within and across work unit/s to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and/or patient services.
