About the Role
- Exercises independent clinical judgement in complex clinical decision making and mentoring support in GEMRHITH and post acute care, adapting routine clinical practice as required and consistently integrating high level evidence.
- Foster an interprofessional team environment to ensure achievement of departmental/team objectives including providing constructive and effective feedback which achieves solutions. Use enhanced communication skills to contribute to effective team dynamics and client and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop, monitor and report on clinical practices and outcomes for the applicants' discipline and or service through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant data, key performance indicators and outcome measures.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications and actively pursues development and learning opportunities, including contribution to training of Community Service clinicians and other health professionals.
