We are recruiting an experienced senior lawyer to lead our Construction and Major Projects team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have expertise in advising project participants on large and complex major projects in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

  • Preparation and negotiation of EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements, and other ancillary construction and services agreements.
  • Providing strategic advice during the early development phases and structuring of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expertise in major front-end infrastructure, energy, and construction projects.
  • Strong experience advising and running PPP projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical, commercial mindset.
  • First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters.
  • Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.
