We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor / Manager to join our growing Audit & Assurance division.

Through a number of internal promotions, as well as numerous new junior team members joining us, we are now in a position where we can offer an experienced Supervisor or Manager an opportunity to join our growing Audit Division.

**The Opportunity**:
This is a leadership position, and we are looking for someone that is seeking a genuine career growth opportunity.

With an existing portfolio including mature privately-owned businesses, quality not-for-profit entities, as well as small to medium sized listed and unlisted public companies, your focus will be to provide leadership for the team of high calibre individuals in our Audit division.

**You will**:
Develop and maintain close client relationships
Oversee the delivery of first-class client service
Be looking to improve our audit methodology and practices
Be willing to mentor and develop our more junior team members
Actively pursue new business opportunities
Have a continuous improvement mindset

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
CA qualifications and a relevant degree
5+ years Audit experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively manage and develop a high-performing team
A team focused and collaborative approach
