As our
NSW Account Manager
, you'll be the go-to partner for a loyal network of trade stores, industrial supply distributors, and welders on the tools.
From presenting new innovations to solving technical challenges on-site, you'll be the face of Dynaweld in the field. Every day is different, and every conversation is a chance to build trust, uncover new opportunities, and help customers win.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth across NSW by managing, supporting, and expanding relationships with key distributors and end users
Build trust on the ground — conduct in-store visits, on-site demos, toolbox talks, and technical training to add real value
Uncover new opportunities by identifying gaps in the market, engaging new accounts, and expanding our regional footprint
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support
Champion our brands by staying on top of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Maintain clear visibility of your pipeline using CRM tools and deliver regular progress updates to the sales team
Bring energy to events by participating in trade shows, expos, and customer activations across NSW
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management — ideally in the
welding, industrial, safety, or hardware
sectors
Solid technical knowledge of welding products or the drive to learn fast
Natural relationship-builder with a
hunter mentality
and a
hands-on attitude
Self-starter who thrives on the road, loves meeting people, and takes pride in smashing targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW. Regular overnight trips to customers is required with minimum of 5 nights per month
