In this role you will bring your experience in data analysis, reporting and governance to:

- Lead reporting analysis, advice and risk identification to support internal and external stakeholders in achieving successful program outcomes.
- Quantify and verify complex data sources to process monthly progress reports and payment claims, including interrogation of general ledgers and monitoring of cash-flow financial positions.
- Monitor program performance, ensuring all projects comply with the agreed Project Funding Schedule and QRA's methodologies, standards, and practices and present program performance reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Review and deliver program progress reporting, ensuring adherence to State and Commonwealth reporting requirements.
- Identify project and program risks through early issues identification with timely corrective actions and contribute to the continual improvement of reporting solutions to manage program risks.
- Manage program controls including variations and extensions of time to safeguard assurance of program integrity.
- Lead and develop the evolution of established procedures and processes for Power BI dashboards, reporting, governance and project controls, and ensure decisions and actions are ethical, well-documented, justifiable, and transparent.
- Represent QRA or the Manager at stakeholder meetings and events with relevant industry and community organisations and incorporate learnings into team and divisional planning.
- Lead and model highly collaborative internal relationships through the sharing of knowledge, experience and reflections as part of a wider team of multi-disciplinary specialists.
- The role reports to the Manager, Program Delivery Office and has one direct report.
