Architect and implement scalable BPM/CRM solutions for large programs.

Integrate Pega with enterprise systems; design enterprise class structures and reusable components.

Deep expertise in PRPC architecture, rule resolution, data modeling, and layered application design.

Develop innovative solutions to enhance the Pega platform's capabilities.

Ensure high-quality delivery through effective unit testing and best practices.

Qualifications

Pega Certified Lead System Architect (mandatory) with 5+ years of hands-on LSA experience.

  • Hold a Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification

Strong understanding of Agile, DCO, and iterative delivery models.

Skilled in object-oriented design, databases, and enterprise architecture principles.

Excellent communicator, fast learner, and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Team player with leadership qualities and a customer-focused mindset.

Experience in finance, credit, or automotive domains is a plus.
