We're Hiring: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Officer
Location:Canberra, ACT
Clearance Required:Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance

Join our dynamic team supporting the client and help shape the future of integrated logistics in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver ILS assurance and support across client's teams including HQ, Product Lines, Engineering Support, and Cyber Exercise Team.
Lead performance tracking for hardware/software procurement and maintain accurate OPS planner boards.
Uplift ILS documentation and procedures to align with product baselines and internal processes.
Provide technical support, training, and advice across teams.
Participate in QMRs, CCBs, and MSRs to ensure ILS engineering requirements are captured.
Manage software/hardware asset updates and configuration activities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in ILS workflows.
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, ICT, or related field.
Project Management Certification.
Certified SAFe Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement).
Desirable:
Qualifications in Project Management, Quality Management, Change Management, or Training & Assessment.
Experience in Cyber Security.
Experience
Essential:
5+ years in Logistics Leadership/Management.
Team leadership and mentoring.
Strategic data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in Systems Program Office or similar.
Desirable:
Personnel and workflow management.
Process design and warehousing experience.
Software procurement and sustainment.
