Job Expectations

In your new role as the Manager, Pricing Analytics and Modelling, you will lead the analytical and modelling function as part of nbn's pricing process, and be key in driving the pricing strategy, insights and roadmap across nbn's technologies and products.

A bit about your role

You will be working with stakeholders to help achieve buy-in for those strategies. You will work with the General Manager Pricing and a broad stakeholder group to support the development of residential and business pricing initiatives to enable nbn to achieve its financial and strategic objectives.

You will also assist with developing a compelling pricing narrative supported by strong analytics that can be shared externally and support the pricing program of work in the lead-up to, and execution of pricing consultations. You will also be accountable for monitoring key pricing analytics and for providing regular updates on implications for nbn. You will ensure strong pricing governance across nbn as well.

A bit about you

You will thrive in this role if you are curious about learning new things, have deep experience using Excel and are familiar with NPV modelling, creating well-structured and dynamic models with sensitivity analysis. Experience with running price elasticity, conjoint simulations and programming based analytical tools like Alteryx will be highly regarded.

You like using your analytical and research skills to find the crucial facts that help stakeholders make the right decisions, look within yourself to find the answer to solve problems, can communicate complex concepts in a simple way, win trust and support across different stakeholders and enjoy managing your own work with a can-do attitude.
