The team is committed to sustainability and embraces creative design alongside practical, functional solutions tailored to client needs.What You'll DoProvide mechanical design expertise on single and multi-disciplinary projectsDeliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and timeTake lead on small to medium size engineering design projects and support larger projectsCommunicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders and project teamsBe a supporting figure and mentor for lesser experienced engineersBuild solid client relationships and recognize business development opportunities (desirable)Represent and promote the business with the local and regional marketsAbout youHold a recognized tertiary qualification in Mechanical EngineeringDemonstrated expertise in designing mechanical services systems (air conditioning, heating, and ventilation)Ability to coordinate and understand relevant building services disciplines, including Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, and Environmentally Sustainable DesignProven project experience in the building services sector across a range of large projectsWorking knowledge of Australian building codes and standardsRegistration (or eligibility for registration) in the professional engineer register of the relevant state for the building/construction industryDemonstrate a history of effectively managing competing priorities, prioritizing work, and meeting tight deadlinesWith us, you can.
