Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Lethbridge Wines Full time

Reporting to the General Manager and with strong working relationships across the team, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing activities at Lethbridge Wines. You'll be in the thick of it - involved in everything, from driving DTC sales by sending EDMs and posting on Instagram to liaising with our distributors, managing allocations, updating the website, arranging events and occasionally showcasing our wine in cellar door. You will need to be an excellent communicator, a team player, and be happy to collaborate and pitch in to deliver great wine experiences for our customers.

Job Requirements

You'll have:

- A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related discipline (or around two years equivalent experience in a similar role).
- Some experience in the wine industry or a demonstrated knowledge of, or a passion for wine, example WSET level 2 or 3.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Demonstrated flair for writing, which you're keen to practice.
- Sound understanding of current communication trends and requirements, including social media and digital.
- Proven team player, who's happy to get in and get the job done
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with proven high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office suite, Instagram, Facebook, Mail Chimp, Canva and other digital platforms, as well as the ability to adapt and learn new software packages.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Positive can-do attitude.
