Key Responsibilities / 主要职责


• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.

• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyse campaign performance.

负责公司社交媒体平台的管理与内容创作,并对营销效果进行分析。


• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.

进行市场调研,发现新的商业机会、客户需求以及竞争对手动态。


• Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and customer relationship management.

协助销售团队进行客户开发、沟通与关系维护。


• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support business development.

制作销售演示文档、提案及营销资料,支持业务拓展。


• Track and report on marketing and sales KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements / 任职要求


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

市场营销、商业、传播或相关专业本科及以上学历。


• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a combined role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media management.
