**The Opportunity**
Goal Group is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to lead, develop and deliver large scale workforce plans for a Maritime Defence acquisition and sustainment project in Canberra.

**About you**
- Solid experience leading the delivery of workforce plans in a Defence / CASG environment.
- Experience in delivering large scale workforce plans.
- Knowledge of Defence policies, processes and structure.
- Due to urgency of this role, a minimum NV1 security clearance is required.
- Please note, only Australian Citizens are eligible to obtain a Commonwealth (Defence) security clearance._
