We're seeking motivated Repair Centre Managers to lead our AMA Collision teams across Victoria.
In this key leadership role, you'll report to the State Area Manager and oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.Bring your leadership skills, industry knowledge, and drive for results - and we'll offer a stable career path with real opportunities to grow.

What You'll Bring: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry.A trade qualification (Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or related field).
