What You'll Be Doing
Guiding guests through our curated wine list with confidence and warmth—helping each pairing feel personal and memorable.
Supporting the Head Sommelier with list development, sourcing, and cellar management.
Championing wine culture across the team - offering informal training and fostering curiosity without pretension.
Leading by example on the floor: present, generous, and joyfully in the moment.

What You'll Bring
WSET Level 3 (or equivalent) and deep knowledge of Mediterranean varietals and emerging producers.
Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with strong wine knowledge in premium venues.
A collaborative, inclusive mindset and genuine love for hospitality.
A belief that great wine can elevate any night—from the casual to the celebratory.
