We are looking for a passionate and engaging Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Early Start Australia, Strathpine on a part-time OR casual basis.

**The opportunity**:
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Support families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives
Coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, as well as supporting families and therapists with administrative tasks
Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports
Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training and review.

What do you need to join?

Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families
No qualification is required, however experience with children and families is preferred (i.e childcare setting)
Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community
Compliance - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
