**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity presents for a motivated, experienced and skilled casual Health and Safety Consultant to join our team

Reporting to the Team Manager - Health and Safety, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse range of health and safety projects through a client-centric approach, and successfully delivering those projects in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.

Specifically, this role will see you:

- Work with an amazing team of industry-leading professionals
- Deliver a diverse range of health and safety consulting activities and technical advice to our clients including, but not limited to WHS management system auditing and development, inspections, risk assessment, WHS advisory and assurance activities.
- Working collaboratively to ensure our clients are supported through the provision of timely, diligent and professional health and safety advice and services.
- Write technical reports, and where required, provide quality assurance and technical review.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A tertiary qualification in health and safety (or equivalent). Minimum requirement Cert IV in WHS.
- A tertiary qualification in health and safety (or equivalent). Minimum requirement Cert IV in WHS.
- Accreditations such as Lead Auditor (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO14001) as well as qualifications/experience in incident investigation, training and assessment will be highly regarded.
- Varied professional experience as a health and safety practitioner, across a range of industries and organisations will be highly regarded.
- Membership of the AIHS as a signatory to its code of ethics will be highly regarded,
- Certification as an OHS practitioner/professional will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships as well as communicate effectively across all levels.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Robust analytical approach with attention to detail as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- A current full driver's licence.
- Be willing to complete a fitness for work assessment.
