As a Test Manager, you'll oversee the workload of our testing team, deploy resources effectively, and mentor junior members to excellence.

Your analytical prowess and ability to think creatively will drive the team towards operational success. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll champion our testing services within the agency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the testing team, ensuring the delivery of fully tested solutions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support test delivery and uphold quality standards.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to identify resource needs and build strong relationships.
- Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the team, advocating for its benefits across the organization.
- Offer technical advice to facilitate test project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in testing or quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff.
- 2+ years of experience in leading or managing a team.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to obtain Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
- Desirable: ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
