Help shape the core foundations of our new Contract Management System (CMS), replacing aging legacy systems to create a smarter, more secure future.We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the organisational change strategy for our CMS Replacement Project – a high profile initiative that will transform how our business manages customer and contract informationIn this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders and business users to ensure the organisation is prepared, supported, and confident in adopting new process, data structures, and system interfaces.

Nissans significant investment in the sector continues to pave the way for ongoing expansion and stability, establishing it as an excellent workplace.Who we're looking for:Proven experience (5+ years) delivering organisational change in large-scale system or business process transformations.A background in structured project environments with (waterfall, agile or hybrid) with the ability to flex your approach to suit the business.Strong track record of success in planning and delivering change activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications and readiness.Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiencesExperience in financial services or regulated environments (desirable but not essential).
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Change Management, CommunicationsFormal certification in recognised change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, APMG Change) highly regarded.This is more than a delivery role – it's an opportunity to be trusted advisor and change leader on a project that will modernise our core systems and shape the future of our business.
