We are seeking a casual Dental Allrounder with a minimum of 2 years of experience who enjoys working a structured balance of Reception and Dental Assisting. The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health and dedicated to helping patients understand the value of maintaining a healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting smile. This position will be primarily based at our Caroline Springs clinic but will be required to travel to our Wyndham and Epping clinics as needed.
Responsibilities
Management of appointment books
Processing HICAPS claims and account management
Liaising with patients and practitioners
Data entry and mailing tasks
Treatment planning and co-ordination
Chairside assisting
Sterilisation of instruments

Skills and Experiences
A high level of initiative and motivation
Previous experience in the dental industry
Dental assisting qualification is desirable
A drive to learn and flourish
Well presented, with a warm, mature nature
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
