**The position**

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Team Leader for a part-time position starting in Term 1, 2025, with the possibility of a transition in Term 4, 2024. We are looking for a collaborative individual with excellent teamwork and management skills to guide our vibrant team. The role requires availability five days a week, with negotiable hours. Join our fun and dynamic team and help shape the future of early childhood education

**To be successful**

We are looking for committed Christians who are active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community. It is expected that applicants will:

- Be suitably qualified with at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
- Be committed to Christ and able to demonstrate active church involvement
- Have a clear understanding of Christian Education principles and a desire to teach Christ in all areas
- Demonstrate excellence in all aspects of teaching
- Demonstrate an exceptional capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning
