**Savanna **is growing and due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced **Crew Coordination & Recruitment Lead **to join our Human Resources Team.

Reporting the Human Resources Manager, you will be working with and lead a small team to provide a well-rounded Human Resources service to our Rig Infield Operations Team.

You will work closely with Infield Operations Leadership to develop and retain competent and effective crews. This position will oversee the administration, recruiting, on-boarding of new crew members, rostering, transport of personnel to & from rigs, supporting succession planning and promotions, for well servicing & drilling rigs and Lead the Crew, Workforce & Recruitment Coordinators.

The overall goal is to develop and retain crews that function at the highest levels of health, safety and performance and meet the mobilisation / setup of new rigs and ongoing operational requirements of Rigs.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position.
- An enthusiastic, proactive approach to sourcing talent and a strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry or similar blue-collar environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency
- Advanced computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working within ConnX or similar HRIS
- Understand and experience using social media and other recruitment channels to find the right people, for the right position, at the right time
- Proven experience maintaining and planning rosters
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing job applicants and onboarding new employees
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- An ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team and independently
- An ability to be flexible to adapt to ever changing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead and oversee crew coordination team and activities.
- Support and provide an end-to-end recruitment service that supports the mobilisation / setup of new rigs and ongoing operational requirements
- Support interviewing and onboarding new employees to ensure our positions are filled
- Support team to maintain and plan a crew roster and crew movements in and out of the field
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless crew change each week
