The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Workforce Strategy and Transformation team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant.
This role will involve supporting partnerships with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to shape and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
SUPPORT PARTNERSHIPS WITH LEADERSHIP TEAMS AND HR BUSINESS PARTNERS TO DEVELOP STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANS
ANALYSE TRENDS AND DATA TO INFORM ACTIONABLE WORKFORCE STRATEGIES
COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT WORKFORCE PLANNING PROCESSES
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of our organisation. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy and contributing to business outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including leadership teams, HR Business Partners, and other teams across the organisation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3-6 years of relevant experience in Workforce Strategy and/or Transformation
PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERING TIMELY OUTCOMES THAT ALIGN WITH TEAM PRIORITIES
STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF EXTERNAL MARKET TRENDS, INDUSTRY DYNAMICS, AND THE UNIQUE CONTEXT OF OUR ORGANISATION
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
