Based in our fun, family environment Baulkham Hills Office, work within the busy Building team providing support, assist the Area Building Manager with their day to day tasks and assist with the general construction administration and duties.

Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Area Building Manager with their day to day tasks
- Assist with the General Construction Administration and Duties
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new starters in Construction
- Assist in preparing jobs for site, including preparation of construction site files, distribution of orders to suppliers, scheduling of early construction stages and general office administration for the construction team
- Reviewing the Quality Assurance Schedule and maintaining the QA team bookings in their calendar
- Tracking the maintenance and changeover of the Site Team fleet of cars in close contact with the Asset Management team
- Asset management duties such as assigning iPads, mobile phones and uniform to staff
- Helping prepare team reports and statistics for the Building Management team
- Helping arrange team events, training and functions
- Promote and observe Company Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Provide great customer service to our internal stakeholders through creating a sense of urgency and being pro-active
- Fast and accurate data entry; and
- Work on any ad-hoc projects as requested by the Construction team.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Strong experience in a customer service with a conflict resolution management focus
- Advanced skills using the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Highly developed and professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines; and
- Knowledge of the building process is highly desirable.
