**_What you'll be doing_**
- Production Coordination for Film, Photography & Design teams
- Manage Internal and External Studio bookings
- Manage Studio Inventory with Creative Lead/s including gear, props, wardrobe
- Equipment and Stock management for Creative Leads
- Responsible for Call Sheets, Booking Crew, Talent Releases, Invoices, Catering, NDA, Travel, Production Budget Support
- Shoot Scheduling Support
- Creative Data Management
- Traffic Coordination and Resource Planning support to Marketing Operations Manager

**_What you'll need_**
- Previous creative coordination experience in a creative agency or similar required
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Administrative and organisational skills
- 1-2 years creative production experience in a creative agency or similar
