As a **Technology Risk and Resilience Manager**, you will be responsible for key activities of Jetstar's Technology Risk Management Frameworks, which help protect customer and employee data, maintain cyber posture, and ensure technology resilience. You will deliver the Technology Risk Assessment Framework reporting for Jetstar - managing risk assessment workshops and reviewing outcomes with senior leaders.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Managing the planning and delivery of technology risk management initiatives
- Providing expert advice to ensure the business maintains the knowledge, capability and governance to maintain technology resilience and manage risks
- Providing key support during initial investigation in event of a privacy or cyber related incident
- Manage and monitor technology risk and resilience activities for business units and service partners
- Providing information to auditors during internal and external assessments
- Escalating emerging risks and issues, participating in resolution and mitigation to senior management and across business units
- Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across Jetstar and the Qantas Group to maintain quality and efficiency within the risk management programs
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant on-the-job experience
- Extensive experience in leading BAU compliance monitoring and improvement activities to achieve business outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering effective risk management frameworks
- Experience working in cross functional risk and compliance programs and activities involving multiple and diverse business teams and stakeholders
- Strong people leadership skills, managing and supporting team performance and growth
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively through formal and informal networks
- Ability to generate improvement ideas and strategies and translate into detailed approaches and plans
- Demonstrate strong compliance mindset, commitment to business improvement and risk management
