**Bread Baker**

**Position**: Part-Time Permanent Bread Baker
**Start Time**: Midnight
**Work Days**: No Weekends
**Location**: Currimundi
**Pay Rate**: $36-$40 per hour

Are you passionate about baking? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Qualified Bread Baker to join our team on a part-time permanent basis. As a Bread Baker, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality bread products while ensuring food safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with a team to produce basic bread products including white, wholemeal, and multigrain blocks and rolls
- Sweet bread products; Donuts, Danish and scrolls
- Prepare Savoury products and sourdoughs
- Assist the pastry team with pie production and preparation
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Retail Baking, pastry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work midnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- A great attitude & experience in similar roles
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
