We are currently recruiting for customer service super stars for several casual roles to assist in providing a high-quality experience for our patrons attending our venues for the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide United games for the 2025/2026 season.Key Responsibilities by role:Service Attendant, ConcessionsWorking the Food & Beverage outlets serving guests food and beverageDemonstrate versatility and responsiveness in dealing with guest requestsMust have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateStock AttendantEnsuring the Food & Beverage outlets are fully stocked before, during and after the gamesThe physical capabilities of the role include manual handling of stock and working on your feet for extended periods.Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateForklift license an added advantage but not essential.Car Park AttendantsProvide excellent customer serviceDirecting guests to available car parksCollect payment using EFTPOS machines upon entrySkills you will bring to the role:Proven Customer Service Experience: Confident in delivering friendly, efficient service in fast-paced environments, ensuring a positive guest experience across food, beverage, and car park services.Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Able to engage with guests and team members professionally, handling enquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy and confidence.Adaptable and Reliable: Bring a proactive 'can-do' attitude with the flexibility to take on various tasks and respond quickly to operational needs or changes during events.Knowledge of RSA & Liquor Licensing (for F&B roles): Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate with a sound understanding of compliance requirements for serving alcohol responsibly.Physically Capable: Comfortable performing manual handling tasks, restocking supplies, and working on foot for extended periods, as required by both stock and service roles.Why you'll love working with us:Competitive hourly ratecommencing at $38.00 per hour, and moving to $39.66 after 50 hours, plus penalties and superannuationBe part of a supportive, innovative and collaborative teamPrime location, close to public transport & the vibrant riverbank precinctFree parking at the AEC and Coopers StadiumUniform supplied and launderedat no cost to you
