Escape This, Perth's home of totally immersive entertainment is looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our Perth HQ backstage team.

**Position Type**: Permanent Full time or Part Time (Min 8-15 hours per week)

**Salary**:Competitive, dependant on experience.

**Job Role**:
Working alongside our Marketing Manager, you will assistant in the development and execution of a multi-brand content strategy for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. Across current and emerging social media trends, comfortable both in front and behind a camera lens, and passionate about communicating our unique take on totally immersive entertainment, you're an all-around go-getter, committed and fast-working, who takes initiative, and gets the job done.

This role would suit someone who is well-versed in social media strategy, trends and operations, is energetic and open to learning from an experience team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating engaging content including posts, reels, blog posts, and LinkedIn articles;
- Planning and scheduling of this content in Meta Business Suite, Later and LinkedIn;
- Inbox management across social media channels; and
- Monitoring social media trends and implementing innovative ideas to increase engagement and reach.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital content creation;
- Proficiency in using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok;
- Copywriting skills - an ability to communicate effectively and passionately about the Escape This brand;
- Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas;
- Proficiency using Canva and scheduling tools including Later and the Meta Business Suite; and
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Students near completion of their degree are encouraged to apply.
- Graphic design experience.
