Knowledge and understanding of Australian salary, superannuation, taxation, salary sacrifice, salary packaging and best practice.Excellent time management skills including the ability to plan, set priorities and meet deadlines combined with the flexibility to alter priorities to meet changing deadlines.Proven attention to detail and the ability to solve problems and use good judgement.Previous experience working within a large Human Resource and Payroll operating system.Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and analyse payroll data, reconcile accounts, and apply sound financial judgement in decision-making.Demonstrated ability to apply and interpret Enterprise Agreements (EA) and legislation in conjunction with payroll and financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.Well-developed oral, interpersonal, and written skills with a focus on the provision of quality customer service.
