Commercial Finance ManagerLocation:Salary:Work Type: Full time Partner with leaders on major projects Fast paced, high growth organisation Fantastic leadership team and culture About the Role Reporting to the CFO, you will act as the key finance business partner to senior construction leaders.
You'll oversee budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting, and risk management, while shaping labour strategies and project accounting processes.
Your commercial insights will directly influence operational and strategic decisions within a dynamic, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end for project portfolio.
Deliver accurate financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and risk analysis).
Drive labour allocation models and productivity benchmarking for project-based teams.
Partner with senior leaders to optimise financial outcomes on complex projects.
Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
Deliver and execute system change management About You CA/CPA/CIMA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
5–10 years' finance experience in construction, engineering, or professional services.
Expertise in project accounting, revenue recognition, and Percentage-of-Completion methodology.
Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and proven stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, project-driven settings.
