We are currently in need of experienced, qualified, and professional Youth Workers who are passionate team players and pride themselves on excellent service delivery, to join our Casual Staffing team. In this role, you will engage with and provide trauma informed therapeutic support to children and young people who have complex behaviours.

**About the role**:
This opportunity will see you assisting young people to engage with activities such as appointments, schooling and supervised visits. This may include transporting them to and from these destinations, which at times will be in regional areas outside of Melbourne.
You will work to provide a safe and stable environment, demonstrating positive role modelling to enable children and young people to meet their goals and achieve their full potential.
**What we are looking for**:
- An open-minded approach supporting children and young people with complex needs and various cultural backgrounds.
- Proven experience working as a Youth Worker.
- Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or other relevant qualification, plus CYF Top Up Units.
- Availability, reliability and flexibility.
- Strong administrative and communication skills for completing required shift notes.
- Full Victorian Drivers' Licence and a registered, insured Vehicle.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current National Police Check without convictions.
- Training certificates including First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling and Medication.
All applicants must be willing to provide the relevant mandatory training and screening clearances and complete required online training modules.
