Western Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Paediatric Community Health Manager to lead its multidisciplinary Community Paediatric Program of its Integrated Community Health Service. Working with a team of committed health professionals and alongside community paediatricians, you will be enabling children and young people in the Melton and Moorabool areas to reach their potential.
Within this key leadership role of the Integrated Community Health Service, you will develop and oversee a range of innovative paediatric programs and services, ensuring that these services are providing effective, high quality care that is responsive, patient centred and delivers positive outcomes.
Working with leaders in the community child and family space, you will have the opportunity to work creatively, shaping paediatric healthcare responses and service models at a sector level as well as those delivered by your program.
**To be Successful in this Role you will**
- Be an experienced senior allied health manager with the demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motivate a large multidisciplinary team, ideally within a community service setting.
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in allied health and eligibility for membership of relevant professional body.
- Have experience in developing and redesigning paediatric allied health programs and services.
- Will be a strategic thinker and collaborator, with the ability to develop positive working relationships with external partners
- Be driven by your desire to make a difference to the lives of children and young people and their families.
