**Medical Receptionist - Casual**

Oak Tree General Practice is seeking a casual medical receptionist for 7-10 hours a week in our 1-2 GP clinic in Langford. Prior medical reception or administration experience is highly regarded. Remuneration will be based on experience and is negotiable.

Immediate start available.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Fielding patient enquiries by phone and in-person
- Opening and closing of the premises
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Actioning recalls
- Patient triage
- Accounts management - invoice generation, batching, Medicare claiming
- Creating and maintaining accurate patient records and identifiers
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic

**Desirable Criteria**
- Medical reception experience
- Current CPR Certificate
- Best Practice software experience
- Computer literacy and touch typing capable
- Knowledge of infection control principles

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langford, WA 6147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
