You will:Contribute to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our exquisite pastry offerings.Play a part in designing and developing innovative menus and signature desserts.Ensure every creation meets Shangri-La's world-class standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.Support the team in maintaining top-quality kitchen equipment and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.About YouYou're someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You will have:A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
