Reporting to the Manager Technical Services, this role is responsible for leading a team in assessing, designing and resolving the City's strategic and current road capacity, utilisation and safety issues.

With a focus on providing direction and support for the team, the role also encompasses leading projects, facilitating consultation, meeting financial reporting requirements, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining safe and compliant work practices.

We are offering a salary range of **$116,412 to $120,603 per annum** (dependent on skills and experience) and:

- 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
- A variety of health and wellbeing programs - physical health reimbursement subsidy payment of up to $150 per annum, free flu vaccinations, free skin cancer checks, mental health programs and Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) services
- Flexible working arrangements - working from home options as per the relevant policy, rostered days off and two additional paid days of absence per annum
